Our Story
PEOPLE OVER BUSINESS
DNA was founded on the 1st of April 2018. The 4 founders had all been ex-colleagues at VIP Payroll and Sage for 20 years.
To date June 2023, DNA has grown to a team of 34 payroll professionals and processes more than 33 500 payslips per month. The annual value of the payroll DNA processes exceed R 8,5 Billion.
But most importantly, we were able to delight our customers in the process. So, although our story is still fairly new, it has been a long time coming and we are super excited about the journey ahead.
Our Ambition
Our ambition is to build a world-class payroll outsourcing business that will service all geographies.
We will achieve this by combining state-of-the-art cloud technologies with a dream team of experienced payroll professionals. Our success will not be measured in profits, but rather in the way our customers perceive us and by the contribution we can make to our community (and whilst we are at it, we’ll make sure to have fun!)
